What's Happening Now:
Access To Affordable Housing
Our Affordable HUD Housing specializes in Elderly and Disabled. We currently have 254 units in 11 different communities in Richland and Morrow Counties; expanding in Franklin and Licking Counties in 2024. Above is just a few of our locations.
Access to Health and Wellness
We seek partner in some cases but provide in most cases; the rap-around services that are needed for our over 250 residents as well as the various communities we serve. So whether it’s fresh food, medical care, transportation services or mental health support we continue to be a resource to our communities and residents.
Workplace Development Programs
We seek partner in some cases but provide in most cases; the rap-around services that are needed for our over 250 residents as well as the various communities we serve. So whether it’s fresh food, medical care, transportation services or mental health support we continue to be a resource to our communities and residents.
Our program has 3 areas of interaction:
Mobile work space for kids to have a hands on simulation of various trades such as: Carpentry, Electronics and Plumbing.
Wooden puzzles that kids are able to assemble, design and paint themselves to create a unique experience that addresses a hands on challenge that is also a rewarding learning environment.
We have a toy partnership that allows us to create newer colorful and interactive handheld toy products that will keep children engaged throughout the day.
Education
We focus on the needs of families who are navigating the difficult terrain of the educational system; with children who qualify or have the potential to qualify for an IEP or 504.
We are finding out that many of these children are vulnerable to not receiving the adequate support needed in school. And that parents (who have the financial resources) are having to hire advisors to aid them through the process. Additionally parents or caregivers must hire tutors outside of school hours to provide support. The current education environment is overwhelmed and children are the ones suffering from this crisis.
