A Community Reach boast a program we call “The Opportunity Gap” which is a $250 to $500 financial barrier that we have identified as an obstacle that many youth and young adults encounter. The Opportunity Gap is limiting their access to internships, training, and off-campus job opportunities for High schoolers . While organizations focus on job availability and career training, we've found that Generation Z doesn't lack ambition; they lack the financial resources to take advantage of these opportunities. Expenses for essentials like hardhats, boots, transportation, and meals create significant obstacles, leading to what we call "The Opportunity Gap”.
