Opportunity Gap Initiative

We use the term “The Opportunity Gap” as we believe there is a $50.00 – $250.00 deficit that many youth, young adults and their families are facing everyday, somewhere and this “gap’ is what we believe in hindering many from participation in interns, training and off campus work opportunities.

Many organizations and corporations are meeting the needs as it pertains to Job availability, Career Technical Training, Accessibility to the Trades. What we have realized is that Generation Z does not lack ambitious they lack the financial bridge to opportunity. The inability to afford essentials like hardhats, boots, even off campus lunch or gas money or car repair expenses has created a significant and real gap to opportunity which we call “The Opportunity Gap”.
